Our Mission

The MHMC Federal Credit Union is a not for profit financial cooperative owned and operated by its members, since 1960.  Our goal is to provide the best financial services possible to meet member needs.

What’s New

About Us

**The MHMC Federal Credit Union is a not for profit financial cooperative serving

employees, all medical professionals and their families of the Western Maryland 

Health System.  The credit union was formed in 1960 by a small group of employees 

that felt it was important to provide basic financial services, such as savings and

lending, to each other as well as other employees.  Since then the credit union has 

remained committed to providing the best financial services possible to its members.   

**Membership to the MHMC Federal Credit Union is open to the following:

Employees, doctors, dentists, other health care professionals of the 

Western Maryland Health System, their immediate family members, and 

organizations of such persons.  

**Immediate family members are defined as: grandparent, parent, spouse, 

sibling, child or children, adopted children, stepparents, stepchildren and

stepsiblings. If you are interested in becoming a member fill out the online 

membership application and click on submit.  A staff member will contact 

you within 3-4 days of receiving your application.
